Marlin

The marlin is a game fish related to the sailfish and spearfish. Its upper jaw is shaped like a spear. It uses the spear to stun the fish it eats.
The black marlin of the Pacific is the largest, weighing up to 1500 pounds. The Pacific striped marlin makes the most spectacular leaps. The blue marlin is abundant near Cuba. The white marlin, found in the Atlantic up to Massachusetts, is smaller but is a popular sport fish.
