What is a Kaleidoscope?

The kaleidoscope consists of a tube with an eyepiece at one end. Loose, colored particles between two glass disks are at the other end. Two MIRRORS are set at an angle of 60° running the length of the tube. When the particles are shaken, the mirrors reflect varying, symmetrical designs.
