Marmosets

marmoset
Marmosets are a group of American monkeys. They are the smallest of all monkeys. When full grown they are about the size of squirrels or kittens. Their bodies are covered with long, soft, beautifully-colored fur that is striped on the tails.
Besides being smaller in size, marmosets differ in several ways from other American monkeys. They have thirty-two teeth rather than thirty-six. Their tails are not as useful to them, and they are unable to use their hands as skillfully as the other monkeys. Their toes have very sharp claws except for the large toe, which has a flat nail.
